God's Timing...

This has been a difficult week for a lot of families in the Rogers area. Late-afternoon on Monday, Lynn Bradberry passed away. She was Caleb's babysitter. Has been since the day he was born. She watched my neice, who is now 4, since the day she was born. She watched Kadey (9 yrs old) and Lexi (7 yrs old) for 2 yrs before they started school. She watched children in her home for 20+ yrs. Every child loved their "Nanna".

We know that God has reasons for his timing. Reasons we will never understand as long as we are here on this earth. Reasons we will one day understand, as we stand beside our Saviour in Heaven.

Lynn had a massive heart attack Monday around 4:30pm. God was watching over each one of the children she cared for. Her grandson and husband was there when it happened. God, I pray for Keagon right now. I pray, that you will give him a peace in knowing that his Nanna is with you, watching over him. Give him strength. Please do not let his heart harden over this.

Lord, I pray for Julie. She is really struggling with loosing Lynn. Lynn was just as close to her as her own mother. Give Julie peace in knowing she did everything she could to help. Lord, let her know that it was not her inability to resussitate Lynn, it was Your timing. Lord, let your grace fall all over this family. Lord, I pray that this brings each one of them closer to you.

The funeral is today at 2pm. Christy is going to watch Caleb for me during the funeral. Thank you, Christy. I just do not feel that it is time for Caleb to be at a funeral at the age of 2. He would not understand. Lord, thank you for the time you allowed Caleb to spend with Lynn. Thank you for also having Tracy prepared and in place to take over watching Caleb after Lynn left us here on earth. I know you have the plan for each of our lives. I love you, Father.
