It is so much fun watching Caleb learn new things everyday. Everyday he finds something new to experience. Something we see as "not a big deal" - but it is new to Caleb.
Last night, Caleb discovered his goober (as we call it). Caleb was sitting in the living room floor, and he pulled out a clean diaper from his diaper bag. He opened it up and sat on it. He was running around the house in just a diaper - no clothes. Once he sat on the clean one, he started tugging at the one he had on. So, I just sat back and watched, letting him "figure it out" - or at least attempt to anyways. :o)
After sitting down and and messing with it for a while, he finally got his diaper pulled down a little bit. Enough to where you could see his but-crack just a bit in the back. Well, in the process of pulling his diaper - he spotted his goober. So he reaches in his diaper with one hand and with the other pulls the front of the diaper down just far enough to where he put his goober on the top of his diaper. He stood there for a minute - just looking at it. Then, out of nowhere, he takes off running - and then laughing as he was running. I guess feeling the breeze against his G was funny. I never laughed so hard!
So, the terrible 2's can be not so terrible at times :o)
